Tiana Rambatomanga and team join Eversheds Sutherland in Paris

Tiana Rambatomanga joins Eversheds Sutherland as a partner tasked with establishing and directing the firm’s new fund structuring practice. She has worked for nearly 20 years on the structuring, raising and organisation of investment funds across the non-listed asset market, including private equity, private debt and infrastructure. She has recognised experience in establishing French, Luxembourg and paneuropean structures covering a broad range of strategies (LBO, venture, mezzanine, secondary, real estate, fund of funds, master-feeder structures), for both generalist and sector funds, and has been an early adopter of products such as evergreen vehicles and strategies to broaden access to private equity. She also advises on regulatory aspects of investment funds and represents institutional investors, family offices, sponsors and managers in primary and secondary transactions. Admitted to the Paris bar in 2005, Rambatomanga holds an LLM in International and Comparative Business Law from London Metropolitan University and a DEA in Business Law and Economics from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Before joining Eversheds Sutherland she was a partner in the Asset Management group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Paris, where she co-led the investment funds practice, and she previously practised at leading international firms including SJ Berwin / KWM, Ashurst, Clifford Chance and Stephenson Harwood. She is actively involved in networks promoting greater representation of women in asset management and teaches fund structuring in the Master 2 Business Law and Management / MBA at Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, as well as contributing to the DJCE network.
Brandy Keunan joins Eversheds Sutherland as an associate specialising in fund structuring. She previously worked alongside Tiana Rambatomanga at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and has experience advising fund managers and international institutional investors. Keunan holds a Master 2 in Corporate Tax Law, Financial Law and Markets and a Master 1 in Business Law and Taxation from Université Paris-Saclay, as well as a Master in Management from ECSP.
Ghita Berrada joins Eversheds Sutherland as a legal counsel specialising in fund structuring. She also previously worked alongside Tiana Rambatomanga at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. Berrada holds a Master in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Bordeaux and is admitted to the CRFPA of Université de Paris Cité.
