Fieldfisher appoints Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut as partner

Rodolphe Amaudric du Chaffaut holds a Master 2 in International Business Law and the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Aix-Marseille. He is also a graduate of the IEJ Jean Domat (University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne) and the École de Formation du Barreau (EFB). Before joining Fieldfisher, he practised at leading international law firms, where he advised clients on operations in France and internationally.
He will work within Fieldfisher’s corporate M&A / Private Equity practice advising investment funds as well as founders, executives and managers on LBOs, mergers and acquisitions, disposals and equity restructurings. He is experienced across the investment cycle and brings a transversal view of Private Equity and M&A issues. His practice covers multiple sectors, with a focus on financial services, regulated accounting and advisory professions, education, the energy transition, health and digital.
His arrival raises to seven the number of partners in Fieldfisher’s corporate team, which covers corporate M&A, private equity, public markets and capital markets. Bruno Paccioni, managing partner of Fieldfisher France, said that Amaudric du Chaffaut’s expertise will enrich the firm’s offering, strengthen synergies between the Paris office and the Fieldfisher network, and support the firm’s development strategy on its priority markets, noting that he shares the entrepreneurial and collaborative values of the firm.
