Maroussia Cuny brings a long-standing finance practice to Kirkland. She worked for more than twelve years at Clifford Chance, where she became counsel, and subsequently served as counsel in finance at Ropes & Gray before joining Kirkland as a partner. She advises investment funds, financial institutions, debt funds and corporates on a wide range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, asset finance, debt restructuring and general banking matters.
