Bersay hires Guillaume Seligmann as partner and Héloïse Masson as counsel in its Technology practice

Guillaume Seligmann joins Bersay as a partner in the Technology department. He has over twenty years’ experience advising innovative companies, international groups, SMEs and tech players on strategic operations, covering transactions, litigation and regulatory matters in France and internationally. His technology law practice spans information systems law, the digital economy and Core Tech issues. He has advised clients including Avril, LVMH, Carrefour, TDF, Sia Partners and industry actors such as Carmentis, Radware, Eutelsat and Unlimitail. Guillaume built his career at several French and Anglo‑Saxon firms, including Hoche Avocats, Ayache, Cohen & Gresser, Cotty Vivant Marchisio & Lauzeral, Kahn & Associés and Eversheds Sutherland. He studied at King’s College London and holds a Maîtrise in private law from Université Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne, and he is a Lecturer in the Deeptech & AI programme of the HEC MBA.
Héloïse Masson joins Bersay as counsel within the Technology department. She advises French and international clients on negotiation and implementation of complex technology contracts, digital transformation operations, regulatory matters and technology‑related litigation, in France and abroad. Her practice addresses issues of digitalisation, data protection, intellectual property and innovation. She developed her experience at Hoche Avocats, Ayache and Cohen & Gresser. Héloïse holds a Master in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law from Université Paris II Panthéon‑Assas, a Master in private law from the University of Strasbourg and a double bachelor’s degree in philosophy and law from Université Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne.
