Carole Nerguararian joined the firm as an associate to develop the restructuring practice within the Finance & Restructuring team in Paris. She brings more than 19 years of experience, including 17 years with the restructurings and distressed companies team at Linklaters in Paris, where she was appointed partner in 2021. Carole advises on complex financial and operational restructurings, both domestic and cross-border, in consensual contexts as well as in collective proceedings.
Her client base is internationally diversified and includes creditors, debtors, shareholders and investment funds across sectors such as energy (including oil and gas), chemicals, hydrogen, retail and distribution, healthcare industries, real estate and automotive. Her practice also covers sensitive and strategic situations, including litigation related to restructurings.
Vincent Hatton, partner responsible for the Finance & Restructuring practice in Paris, said Carole’s technical expertise, international experience and ability to act for both debtors and creditors complement the firm’s Paris offering and strengthen its capacity to support clients on complex situations in collaboration with teams in Europe, Asia and New York.
