Vanessa Cadoret Verholleman has been a lawyer since 2013. She advises, represents and defends companies of all sizes across the full range of employment law. She also advises and represents executives and senior managers, assisting them in the management of employment relationships and in high‑stakes situations, notably in cases of litigation or departure negotiations.
Recognised for her expertise in Monegasque social law, she practised in France, notably in Paris and Angers, before spending nearly 11 years in the Principality of Monaco at leading business law firms. Over her career she has assisted local and international clients on complex social law matters and developed particular experience with actors in the financial and banking sector. She intervenes in both advisory and contentious matters, favouring a pragmatic and strategic approach and seeking amicable, negotiated solutions when circumstances allow.
