Antoine Bouzanquet joins Orrick in Paris to lead project finance team

Antoine Bouzanquet joins Orrick as a partner specialising in project finance within the Energy & Infrastructure practice. He previously practised at Willkie Farr & Gallagher and has for many years advised sponsors, lending institutions and investors on development, acquisition and project financing transactions in France and internationally.
He is joining with two collaborators who will form part of the project finance team; no further details on their backgrounds were provided in the announcement.
With this arrival, the dedicated project finance team in Paris will number eight lawyers, including Hugues Martin-Sisteron, who leads project finance in Africa. The Paris Energy & Infrastructure practice now comprises six partners and eighteen lawyers. The firm also said Bouzanquet is the 26th partner to join Orrick’s global Energy & Infrastructure platform since January 2025, ten of those hires being in Europe across five markets.
