Dentons Brussels welcomes Christophe Delmarcelle as partner in Employment practice

Delmarcelle brings more than twenty years of experience advising national and international companies on all aspects of employment law, including individual and collective dismissals, acquisitions and restructurings, data protection, trade secrets and compensation and remuneration policies.
For eight years he developed and led the Employment practice at Bird & Bird in Brussels. He subsequently served as co-head of the employment practice at DKW and, since 2020, has run his own specialised employment firm, DEL-Law. He is admitted to the Brussels and Luxembourg bars and has served since 2010 as a substitute judge at the Labour Court of Brussels. His work is regularly recognised by leading legal directories including Chambers Europe, Legal 500 and Best Lawyers; he is also a prolific author and speaker on topics such as stock options, workplace data protection and cross-border employment law, and he regularly appears in the Belgian economic press and on RTBF television.
