Fidal strengthens digital, tech and data expertise with partner hire Oriane Zubcevic

Zubcevic advises French and international companies on personal data protection, regulatory compliance and artificial intelligence. She handles pre-litigation and litigation before the CNIL, management and notification of personal data breaches, and the exercise of data subject rights. Her practice also covers contracts, procedures and documentation required by regulation, international data transfers, GDPR compliance projects and compliance audits conducted in the context of corporate transactions. She serves clients across sectors including banking, insurance, industry, healthcare, luxury and retail.
Before joining Fidal, Oriane Zubcevic worked in the personal data protection team at Bird & Bird. She holds a degree from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the Mastère Spécialisé in Management of Information Systems and Technologies from HEC Paris and École des Mines Paris.
