Squair appoints three new partners in Paris and Lyon
"Squair appoints Brieuc Imbert to its Paris indirect tax team, and Émilie Bourguignon and Hadrien Durif to its employment and social security teams in Paris and Lyon."
Brieuc Imbert joins Squair’s Paris tax team, specialising in indirect taxation. Since 2017 he has advised clients on all indirect tax matters, from compliance and securing flows to managing tax audits and litigation. His work covers VAT audits and due diligence, IT and ERP system security, electronic invoicing (compliance, VATEX, preparation for the ViDA directive), tax compliance and audit preparation, and tax litigation. He spent seven years with the Indirect Tax team at PwC Société d'Avocats, then two years in the tax department of TotalEnergies. He is a member of APTE and IACF.
Émilie Bourguignon joins Squair’s Paris employment and social security team. She advises French and international companies and groups on labour and social security matters, including reorganisations, relations with employee representatives, collective bargaining, management of complex individual situations and transnational social dialogue issues. She has over fifteen years’ experience in the social law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats and began her career at Proskauer.
Hadrien Durif joins Squair’s Lyon employment and social security team. He practises social and criminal law in both advisory and contentious matters for clients ranging from very small enterprises to listed companies. He assists with drafting employment contracts, terminations, works councils and collective bargaining, and represents clients in employment tribunal proceedings, social litigation and collective disputes. In criminal law he supports clients with complaint filings and procedures in which they are involved. He previously spent eight years at Fromont Briens.
