Altaïr Avocats creates employment law and social strategy practice

The new department will focus on four areas: social structuring of external growth operations, daily management of individual and collective work relations, health and safety and crisis management, and social strategy including risk anticipation, negotiation and high-stakes litigation.
Julia Zein, admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012, enters Altaïr Avocats as a partner. She began her career at CMS Francis Lefebvre and then at Franklin before founding and directing her own firm, believe.avocats, which she led for two years as part of a six-year entrepreneurial path. She advises SMEs, mid-cap companies, start-ups and international groups on the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions, collective relations, sensitive negotiations and employment litigation. She has been recognized by the Décideurs guide among rising teams in employment law and presides the association Rise. In her statement, she cited the firm’s strong M&A department, its technical and human qualities, and its international culture; she also expressed an interest in contributing to the development of AI uses within the firm.
Louise Sédillot joins Altaïr Avocats as an associate. The announcement identifies her role in the new department but provides no further professional details.
