FTPA strengthens its M&A and Private Equity practice with the arrival of Lucas Tabouret
"FTPA has appointed Lucas Tabouret as counsel in its Corporate department to bolster its M&A and Private Equity practice, advising on acquisitions, joint ventures, carve-outs, restructurings and LBOs."
Tabouret advises private and listed companies, investment funds, founders and executives in France and internationally. He works on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, carve-outs and restructurings, and advises on private equity matters including LBOs, growth capital and venture capital transactions. He joins FTPA as counsel.
He holds degrees from Paris I Panthéon‑Sorbonne and Paris II Panthéon‑Assas, an LL.M. from King’s College London and completed training in finance and management at ESCP Business School. He has taught corporate law at Université Paris II Panthéon‑Assas and private equity at HEC Paris, and is co‑founder and president of the Cercle Épicure.
