Bensaid Avocats strengthens tax practice with François Ouairy and Raphaël Labbé

François Ouairy advises companies, French and international groups and their executives on complex structuring operations and high‑stakes tax matters. He works on VAT, corporate income tax and permanent establishment issues, both in securing transactions and in tax audits and litigation before the administration and the courts. His practice also covers technical matters of real estate taxation and wealth structuring, notably in relation to fiducie.
Raphaël Labbé returns to Bensaid Avocats, where he began his legal career, to strengthen the firm’s practice in financial taxation.
