Endrix expands business law practice with appointment of Adeline Louis

Adeline Louis brings more than fifteen years of experience. She has worked at Lamy Lexel Avocats Associés and LX Avocats and in 2019 created her own practice. At Endrix she will lead the firm’s business litigation and restructuring practice.
Her practice focuses on assisting executives of SMEs and mid-sized companies (ETIs) facing financial or legal difficulties, including cash flow tensions, growth crises, client or supplier disputes and relations with banks and public authorities. She advises on the choice of amicable and judicial procedures—conciliation, mandat ad hoc, sauvegarde, redressement and liquidation judiciaire—and supports managers who may be personally implicated, notably in cases of personal guarantees or liability actions for management faults.
She also represents creditors and commercial partners of distressed companies, handling claims declarations and recovery of goods subject to retention of title clauses, and advises investors in external growth operations through asset purchases at court auctions, from offer preparation to presentation before the tribunal. Louis works on prevention and resolution of commercial and corporate disputes: contractual non-performance, debt recovery, abrupt termination of established commercial relations, unfair competition, shareholder conflicts, third-party damages, director liability or removal, post-sale litigation and warranties on assets and liabilities.
In parallel with her practice, she teaches civil procedure in the Master 2 Professions judiciaires at Université Lyon 3. She handles all phases of disputes from strategy to enforcement and represents clients before civil and commercial courts in first instance and on appeal throughout France.
