Watson Farley & Williams strengthens Middle East dispute resolution practice with partner hire
"Watson Farley & Williams hires Guillaume Hess as a Partner in its Dubai Dispute Resolution team. He will work on infrastructure and construction disputes, international arbitration, litigation and project advisory work."
Guillaume is a highly regarded infrastructure and construction disputes lawyer with more than 13 years’ experience advising clients across the Middle East. His practice focuses on complex international arbitration, litigation and project advisory work. He has represented employers and contractors in significant regional disputes relating to major transport, energy and mixed-use developments. Dual trained in France and the United States, Guillaume is qualified in New York and has rights of audience before the DIFC Courts. He is fluent in English and French and has extensive experience acting in proceedings under ICC, LCIA, DIAC and SCCA rules, as well as before regional courts.
He joins WFW from K&L Gates, where he was Special Counsel, and will join WFW with the seniority of Partner in the Dubai Dispute Resolution team.
