At Baker Tilly, Obier will support projects relating to infrastructure development, organisational transformation and strategic planning, bringing advisory expertise on complex strategic and organisational challenges faced by public institutions and tourism stakeholders.
Cornelius Obier brings nearly three decades of leadership and consulting experience. He is the founder and long-standing Managing Director of PROJECT M GmbH, one of the leading tourism consultancies in the German-speaking market, and has served as Managing Director of the European Tourism Institute. Alongside his role at Baker Tilly, he will continue to act as Senior Advisor to PROJECT M, serving as a strategic link between PROJECT M's tourism and management consulting expertise and Baker Tilly's legal and regulatory advisory capabilities.
