Bevan Brittan appoints banking and finance partner Amrish Sharma

Amrish Sharma joins Bevan Brittan from DWF. He has more than 18 years of experience advising lenders, private credit funds, private equity sponsors and borrowers on acquisition finance, leveraged finance and healthcare transactions across the UK mid-market. His work has included acting on sponsor-backed buyouts, refinancings, bolt-ons and portfolio transactions across sectors, with a particular emphasis on healthcare, professional services and mid-market private equity.
Based in Bevan Brittan’s London office, Amrish will take on a dual role: supporting borrowers as part of the firm’s Independent Health & Care team and advising lenders connected to the firm’s Insurance & Financial Services offering. He joins the firm as a partner and is Bevan Brittan’s eighth senior hire of 2026.
