McInnes Wilson appoints Victoria Lee as Principal in Property Law practice

Victoria brings extensive experience in property law, specialising in property development, major projects and complex real estate transactions. She joins McInnes Wilson at the Principal level and will contribute to the firm’s national property capability and commercial advisory offering.
She provides integrated legal guidance across the lifecycle of property investments and development projects and has advised on a wide range of public and private infrastructure initiatives, including major and mixed-use developments, complex titling and capital transactions, high-value leasing matters and general real estate advisory work.
Her expertise covers private and institutional investors, developers, managers, landlords and tenants, public sector clients and financiers. She has also acted for receivers and managers in intricate property investment, management and development transactions.
McInnes Wilson’s National Chairman, Glenn Caligaris, said Victoria’s appointment represents a significant addition to the firm’s national Property practice, noting her sector knowledge and commercial insight.
