Lattanzio leaves private practice after twenty years at Baker McKenzie to take the in-house role. He joined Baker McKenzie in 2006 and, from 2018, served as counsel in the firm's Rome office. He assumes the senior position of head of legal for Italy at Avis Budget Group, an international group active worldwide in global mobility services and car rental.
