Fox Rothschild Adds Mackenzie M. Sindelar as Counsel to Wilmington Real Estate Department

Sindelar advises clients on acquisitions, leasing arrangements and commercial transactions. She drafts and reviews contracts, conducts title work, manages lender documentation and handles the full arc of pre-closing and post-closing processes. She joins Fox Rothschild with the seniority of counsel.
In her land use practice, Sindelar represents developers and property owners seeking approvals for subdivisions, zoning changes, conditional uses, variances and special use exceptions. She leverages knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and community connections to develop practical strategies that advance client and project objectives while meeting local government requirements.
Sindelar brings an environmental perspective to her practice, holding an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Law and early-career experience in environmental consulting. She serves on the board of the Committee of 100 in Wilmington and is a trustee and executive committee member of the Sussex County Land Trust, where she also sits on the Land Acquisition and Property Management Committees. Sindelar earned her J.D. from Pace University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Delaware. Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, she was an associate attorney at Saul Ewing.
