Campos Thomaz Advogados adds Anne Chang as M&A partner

Her arrival is intended to expand the firm’s work in mergers and acquisitions, investment rounds and corporate structuring, areas the firm says are experiencing growing demand from companies, investors and entrepreneurs. The firm’s M&A and venture capital practice will operate in closer coordination with its corporate law team and with the firm’s existing focus on technology and digital services, the sharing economy and e-commerce, fintechs, artificial intelligence, data protection and platform regulation.
Chang will originate and lead corporate and investment transactions, connecting the firm’s transactional expertise with technology and innovation ecosystems.
She holds a law degree from the University of São Paulo’s Faculdade de Direito, an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, and a specialization in financial markets from the London School of Economics.
