AIMS International names Nicoletta Ravidà head of legal & compliance

Based in Milan, Ravidà will cover Southern Europe with a particular focus on Italy, France and Spain. Her appointment marks the launch of a dedicated legal and compliance recruitment practice at AIMS, an executive search firm with 25 years of experience and an international network.
Ravidà is an executive search professional specialising in legal and compliance profiles. She joins AIMS as head of legal & compliance from KeyPartners, where she had been a partner since 2024 focusing on executive search and recruitment across the legal and compliance market. Prior to that, she spent more than eight years as Director Southern Europe at Taylor Root, specialising in the recruitment of legal, compliance and risk professionals. Ravidà therefore brings to AIMS extensive experience in legal recruitment across both domestic and international markets.
On her appointment she said her decision to join AIMS reflected a desire to broaden her international perspective by becoming part of a global network with a long and established track record in executive search.
