Hoyng Rokh Monegier hires Constanze Schulte and Pablo de Luque for Madrid Soft IP team

Constanze Schulte specialises in Soft IP, including trademarks, designs and copyright. She has extensive experience in national trademark prosecution and related contentious proceedings, in the prosecution of trademarks and designs and portfolio management before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office (OEPM) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). She also advises on the protection and defence of trademarks and designs and the international coordination of litigation in these areas, and has a recognised practice in geographical indications. Schulte joins Hoyng Rokh Monegier as a partner; she was previously a partner at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
Pablo de Luque is dual-qualified as a lawyer and an industrial property agent and brings experience in Soft IP matters. His expertise includes proceedings before the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office, trademark filing strategy, oppositions, appeals, cancellation proceedings and portfolio management. De Luque joins Hoyng Rokh Monegier as a senior associate; he was previously a senior associate at Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
