Santos is a nationally recognized trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on complex compensation and benefits disputes, appellate matters, and high-stakes civil litigation in federal courts. She has defended employers in class actions challenging 401(k) plans and group health plans and has been at the forefront of emerging areas of benefits litigation. Her broader practice also encompasses patent disputes, constitutional law, and product litigation. Santos has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court and federal and state courts of appeals across the United States.
