Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens Chicago product liability and consumer disputes team with partner Jason Stiehl

Stiehl joins Norton Rose Fulbright from Crowell & Moring, where he served as Managing Partner of the Chicago office. He is entering Norton Rose Fulbright at partner level. He brings decades of experience representing companies in class actions and litigation and disputes involving consumer fraud, product labeling, unfair competition claims, restrictive covenants, trade secrets and Lanham Act matters, and has obtained and defended injunctions nationwide and taken numerous cases through trial and appeal. At Norton Rose Fulbright he will work on complex product liability and consumer disputes matters and related intellectual property issues.
Stiehl’s prior senior role was Managing Partner at Crowell & Moring’s Chicago office. He is licensed in Illinois and New York and earned his J.D. with honors from Chicago-Kent College of Law and his bachelor’s degree from Trinity University.
His arrival supports Norton Rose Fulbright’s continued investment in its consumer markets sector and expands the firm’s litigation and trial capabilities in Chicago.
