Borel & Barbey appoints Edouard Houman as counsel in private clients department
"Borel & Barbey has hired Edouard Houman as counsel in its private clients department; he will work on international wealth structuring, trusts and foundations, family offices and clients with Middle East ties."
Houman advises clients on complex international wealth structuring and assists in the establishment of trusts and foundations. His practice concentrates on clients with personal, business or investment ties in the Middle East. He also advises on entrepreneurial activities, the implementation of philanthropic projects and business succession planning, supports clients relocating to Switzerland and managing their family offices, and provides counsel on the acquisition, management and ownership of yachts and aircraft. He moves to Borel & Barbey from Schellenberg Wittmer.
