Mandeep Lotay to Join Paul Weiss as Head of European Structured Finance & Securitizations in London

Lotay advises alternative asset managers, private capital funds, financial institutions and public and private companies on a wide range of credit opportunities, including private credit, asset-backed finance transactions, securitizations and structured finance transactions. He advises across the entire credit spectrum, including on the acquisition, disposal and financing of loan origination businesses and performing and non-performing loan portfolios, and on financing transactions such as full recourse asset-based lending, earnings-based leveraged finance and limited recourse securitization product transactions.
He will join Paul Weiss in London as a partner and head of European Structured Finance & Securitizations.
Lotay has been recognised by Chambers Europe for his work in capital markets and securitisations since 2009. He is currently ranked by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner in Banking and Finance and by The IFLR1000 as a Market Leader in Banking and in Capital Markets: Structured Finance and Securitization.
Lotay earned an LL.B., with honors, from Warwick University and a First Class LL.M. from the University of Cambridge (Darwin College).
