Clark Hill Welcomes Phoebe Moffatt to Scottsdale Estate and Trust Law Group

Ms. Moffatt is an Arizona State Bar Board-certified specialist in Estate & Trust law and a fellow of the American College of Estate and Trust Counsel (ACTEC). She brings nearly three decades of experience counseling individuals, families, fiduciaries and business owners in estate planning, trust administration, probate litigation and wealth transfer strategies. She regularly advises beneficiaries, heirs, trustees, personal representatives and family-owned businesses on complex tax and legal issues arising in estate, trust and probate matters. Ms. Moffatt is admitted to practice in Arizona and earned her law degree from The University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law with Phi Kappa Phi honors. She also holds a Band 1 ranking in the Chambers USA Guide for Private Wealth Law.
