K&L Gates Strengthens Corporate Practice With M&A Partner in Frankfurt

Rahlf brings more than 25 years of experience advising strategic investors on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions. He also advises on private equity and venture capital transactions as well as corporate and group law matters. His clients are particularly active in the digital media, technology, financial services, consumer goods and life sciences sectors. He joins K&L Gates as a Corporate partner from Norton Rose Fulbright.
K&L Gates said the addition of Rahlf expands its M&A offering for industrial companies and provides further momentum to its pan‑European Corporate practice as the firm continues to grow its presence in Germany and across Europe.
