At Baker McKenzie, Adil advised on conventional, Shariah-compliant and multi-sourced financing matters and led regional banking and finance work. He has been involved in a number of market-leading financing transactions and has advised on the structuring and development of several innovative financing products in the region.
Adil has worked across the UAE, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, building extensive regional experience. He advises a broad range of international and regional financial institutions, corporate borrowers and other market participants on sophisticated financing transactions and is regularly recognized by leading legal directories for his banking and finance expertise, particularly in Islamic finance.
Adil’s arrival is the latest step in Hogan Lovells Cadwalader’s expansion of its Corporate & Finance practice in the Middle East. Recent additions to the team include M&A partners Simon Rahimzada and Vasi Papadopoulos and Private Equity & Funds partner Dounia Mansour in Dubai, as well as M&A partner Walid Salib in Riyadh.
