DLA Piper adds veteran litigator Israel Dahan to Business and Commercial Litigation in New York

Dahan brings almost 30 years of experience handling high-profile business and commercial disputes for public companies and senior executives, major financial institutions, private investment firms, hedge funds, asset managers, secured lenders, creditors and other clients. He will focus on corporate and securities litigation, bankruptcy-related disputes, real estate litigation and other complex commercial matters.
His practice includes securities class actions, shareholder derivative and corporate governance suits, M&A and post-closing disputes, bankruptcy-related litigation, lender liability and real estate litigation, and other commercial matters involving securities laws, fiduciary duties, fraud, RICO, breach of contract, veil piercing and fraudulent transfer claims. Dahan has extensive first-chair trial experience in state and federal courts and before domestic arbitral tribunals, and he advises financial services firms in regulatory investigations and proceedings, particularly those involving trading activities.
