Weil, Gotshal & Manges Expands Munich Litigation Practice with New Partner and Counsel
"Weil, Gotshal & Manges strengthens its Munich Litigation practice with Dr. Philipp Steinrück (partner) and Dr. Amandine Torikian-Tomassian (counsel), focusing on post‑M&A disputes and arbitration."
Dr. Philipp Steinrück has advised for many years on national and international arbitration and on litigation before German courts. He represents German and foreign companies across dispute resolution matters, with a particular focus on complex post‑M&A disputes and the enforcement and defense of claims arising from M&A transactions. He joins Weil’s Munich Litigation team as a partner on October 1, 2026 and will also contribute momentum to the Firm’s International Arbitration practice.
Dr. Amandine Torikian-Tomassian joins Weil as counsel, bringing expertise in complex commercial litigation before German courts as well as experience in arbitration proceedings. She will be part of Weil’s Munich Litigation team, working on commercial litigation and arbitration matters.
