Tara Castro Narayanan joins Hanson Bridgett from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where she served as a partner. She has significant experience in common interest developments and subdivided land projects and built a leading practice advising developers, builders, owners, and investors on complex residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and master‑planned projects throughout California and the western United States. Based in the Bay Area, Narayanan advises on structuring, mapping, and governance for residential, commercial, and mixed‑use developments, including master‑planned communities, high‑rise condominiums, business parks, and affordable housing. Her practice spans subdivision strategy, regulatory compliance, and project approvals.
Susan Daly joins Hanson Bridgett from Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, where she served as a partner. She brings extensive experience in subdivided land projects and mixed‑use communities across California, advising on complex residential and commercial developments. Daly has guided master‑planned, high‑rise, and resort developments and works closely with regulators and lenders to structure projects that are viable and financeable. She is based in Hanson Bridgett’s San Diego office.
A noted focus of both Narayanan and Daly’s practice is adaptive reuse—the repurposing of underutilized office and commercial buildings into residential and mixed‑use developments. In their prior work they collaborated with regulatory agencies and lenders and coordinated entitlement, financing, and execution to guide projects from concept through completion.
Narayanan and Daly will be joined in the coming weeks by Associate Sam Brink and two paralegals expected to strengthen Hanson Bridgett’s real estate bench.
