Hanson Bridgett Adds M&A Veteran Cara Lowe to Corporate Group in San Francisco and San Rafael

Lowe brings three decades of experience as a corporate transactional attorney advising emerging and middle-market companies, high-net-worth individuals, and private family offices across industries including real estate, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. She will focus on M&A and full-lifecycle corporate capabilities, supporting matters such as entity formation, venture financing, governance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. Lowe is the founder and former managing partner of Pivot Law, where she oversaw the firm’s strategic direction and growth over 12 years. Earlier in her career she was a long-time partner at Lubin Olson Niewiadomski LLP and served a three-year term as that firm’s managing partner, overseeing its operations, financial management, and strategic direction.
