KLA Firm hires Muhammad Arif Saeed as partner
"KLA Firm appoints Muhammad Arif Saeed as partner to lead its M&A, commercial & projects practice. He will work in corporate and commercial law, including cross-border M&A and regulatory compliance."
Arif Saeed’s expertise focuses on corporate and commercial law. He has advised international clients on cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring and reorganization, and regulatory compliance across a range of sectors.
Before joining KLA, he served as senior consultant at Al-Akeel & Partner, in association with Mayer Brown, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He was partner and head of the corporate/commercial practice at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, in association with Aldhabaan & Partners, between 2012 and 2021.
Earlier in his career he was partner at Al Tamimi & Company Advocates & Legal Consultants in Riyadh from 2008 to 2012, and he previously held the role of regional general counsel at Eaton Industries Middle East LLC.
