Christine is a recognized authority on energy and industrial regulation who helps clients structure and close infrastructure investments and transactions across highly regulated sectors. She headed the French Energy Regulatory Commission and served on the Conseil d'État. She has spent the last decade in private practice, building and leading regulatory and energy transition practices for leading French and global law firms, and is ranked Band 1 for energy regulatory work in Chambers France.
Her practice focuses on public business law, sector regulation and complex projects. Christine advises infrastructure funds, financial institutions, major industrial companies and public-sector entities on regulatory frameworks, public procurement, concessions, permitting and other high‑stakes public law matters. She is recognised for her expertise in energy and environment law and advises on power purchase and trading, nuclear, renewables, grid connection, hydrogen, energy storage, data centre infrastructure and other strategic infrastructure assets.
