PepsiCo appoints Eva Froger Jamaa as Junior Legal Counsel for Iberia and Italy
"PepsiCo has appointed Eva Froger Jamaa as Junior Legal Counsel for Iberia and Italy, joining its in-house legal team in Barcelona to work on corporate and M&A-related matters across the two markets."
Froger Jamaa joins from Spanish law firm RocaJunyent, where she spent around 18 months advising on corporate law and M&A matters, initially as a legal intern and subsequently as a junior lawyer. Earlier in her career she completed an internship in EY’s M&A department in Barcelona and gained experience with the legal department of Guatemala’s Defensoría de la Mujer Indígena.
