Linklaters names Osama Audi as corporate partner in Abu Dhabi

Audi has more than 20 years of experience advising sovereign wealth investors, private capital clients and corporates on M&A and private equity transactions across the Middle East, Africa and South and Southeast Asia. His work spans several sectors, including energy and infrastructure with a focus on renewables, as well as technology, consumer and healthcare. He joins Linklaters as a partner, moving from Baker McKenzie where he served as partner and head of corporate/M&A for the UAE.
