Quinn Emanuel hires of counsel Kadry Zaghawa in Abu Dhabi and Dubai
"Kadry Zaghawa has joined Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan as of counsel in the Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices, working in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, including arbitration, shareholder and administrative disputes."
Zaghawa joins Quinn Emanuel as of counsel from the dispute resolution team at Hadef & Partners, where he served as a partner. He regularly represents clients across the Middle East and is known as an Arabic drafter. His practice focuses on dispute resolution: he acts for GCC corporates and international clients in shareholder disputes, commercial agency deregistration and commercial litigation before all levels of the UAE courts, and in administrative law disputes before the UAE Federal Courts. He also advises on arbitration and other litigation alternatives, has worked on restructuring matters in the region, and is regularly called upon to provide expert opinions on UAE law in proceedings before foreign courts, including matters heard in the United States, United Kingdom, South Korea and Singapore.
