Greenberg Traurig Adds Anne E. Martinez to Miami Labor & Employment Practice

Martinez joins Greenberg Traurig from Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she spent more than two decades representing clients in employment litigation and counseling matters nationwide. She will work in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice, focusing on defending employers in employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and termination-related claims in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies across the United States. Martinez has litigated more than 300 such cases, has broad experience managing large national employment litigation portfolios, and counsels employers on reductions in force, adverse employment actions, discipline and terminations, internal investigations, employment policies, and anti-harassment training.
Martinez earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University. She is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.
