Goldberg Kohn Welcomes Yale Eisen as Of Counsel in Corporate Group
"Goldberg Kohn has hired Yale Eisen as Of Counsel in its Corporate Group. He will advise on corporate transactions and general corporate matters including M&A and financings."
Eisen brings more than three decades of experience as both a practicing lawyer and a business executive. He will advise private equity firms, family offices, privately held companies and startups on transactional and general corporate matters. His transactional practice includes mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings, and he provides day-to-day general counsel services, including drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial arrangements. He is joining Goldberg Kohn with the seniority of Of Counsel.
Eisen also has substantial operating experience from a 15-year tenure at Ideal Box Co., a packaging and design company, during which he served as owner, board member and chief operating officer. Under his stewardship the company generated over $100 million in top-line revenue and quadrupled in enterprise value; he built, operated and sold the business.
He earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
