Baker Donelson Adds Commercial Litigator Kristin S. Tucker to Atlanta Office

"Baker Donelson adds Kristin S. Tucker as of counsel in its Atlanta Commercial Litigation Group. She will work on partnership and shareholder disputes, contracts, business torts, real estate litigation and intellectual property matters."

Kristin S. Tucker has joined Baker Donelson as of counsel in the firm's Atlanta office, where she becomes a member of the Commercial Litigation Group.

Ms. Tucker is an experienced commercial litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex, high-stakes disputes. She has particular experience in partnership and minority shareholder disputes, contract and business tort claims, real estate litigation, and intellectual property matters, including trade secrets. Ms. Tucker has litigated matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts and has represented clients in disputes involving significant financial exposure and complex legal and factual issues.

Her arrival follows the recent addition of labor and employment attorney Cheryl A. Geiser to the Atlanta office.

Ms. Tucker earned her B.A. from Agnes Scott College, where she graduated as a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she received a merit scholarship. She is a graduate of the State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy and the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford University.
