YPOG expands Finance practice with Dr. Miriam Peter as Associated Partner in Berlin
"YPOG appoints Dr. Miriam Peter as Associated Partner in Berlin; she will join the Finance team to work on Leveraged & Corporate Finance and Fund Finance."
Miriam Peter brings many years of experience advising on complex domestic and international financing transactions and will strengthen the Finance practice led by Matthias Kresser. At YPOG she will focus in particular on Leveraged & Corporate Finance and Fund Finance and will join with the seniority of Associated Partner.
Before joining YPOG, Peter worked for many years as an attorney at Hengeler Mueller and Sullivan & Cromwell in Frankfurt am Main, most recently serving as European Counsel. In addition to her legal expertise, she has entrepreneurial experience: in 2024 she founded a hardware-driven beauty-tech startup focused on solid perfume and successfully filed patents to protect her innovations.
