DLA Piper welcomes Brian Gingold as co-lead of New York Private Equity practice

Gingold brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients across leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, minority investments, complex carveouts, dispositions, recapitalizations and reorganizations. His work spans domestic and cross-border matters and covers sectors including consumer, industrials, telecom and digital infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, transportation and technology. He joins DLA Piper in the senior role of co-lead of the firm's New York Private Equity practice.
