Harper Macleod appoints planning partner Jacqueline Cook

Jacqueline is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as one of only ten planning law specialists and brings 20 years of experience in contentious and non-contentious planning law across all UK jurisdictions. She is recognised as a leading adviser in Scotland's built environment and energy sectors and serves as vice-chair of the Scottish Property Federation's Planning & Development Committee. She joins Harper Macleod at partner level.
