Sidley Adds Life Sciences Transactions Partner Jiqiang (JQ) Lin in New York

Dr. Lin represents public and private pharmaceutical, biotechnology and other life sciences companies on complex intellectual property-driven commercial transactions. His domestic and cross-border practice, including experience advising China-based life sciences companies, focuses on strategic collaborations, licensing arrangements, and other transactions supporting the development and commercialization of innovative therapies and technologies. He also advises clients on research and development, manufacturing and supply, commercialization and distribution agreements, as well as the intellectual property and commercial aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other strategic investments.
Dr. Lin joins Sidley from Cooley LLP. He enters Sidley as a partner in the Life Sciences Transactions practice and brings sophisticated scientific credentials and extensive experience advising on high-stakes matters involving cutting-edge therapeutic platforms, biologics, immunology, oncology, gene therapy, and other advanced technologies.
