Ropes & Gray Enhances New York Finance Practice with Partner Michael P. McGuigan

McGuigan brings more than 20 years of experience advising on fund finance and infrastructure development transactions. He will work across fund finance matters including subscription, NAV and hybrid facilities, asset-backed direct lending facilities, management company financings, GP co-invest facilities and financings for onshore and offshore evergreen fund products. He has also advised project companies and leading airlines on the development and financing of major U.S. transportation infrastructure projects, including the redevelopment of JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport and the World Trade Center. McGuigan joins Ropes & Gray at partner level to help meet growing client demand in these areas.
