Kelly is a highly regarded antitrust lawyer who has advised on more than 500 transactions totaling over $500 billion in value across myriad industries and geographies. Her work focuses on antitrust counsel around complex transactions: she advises on competition and merger-notification compliance and strategy, prepares competition filings, and obtains approvals in the United States and globally. She also guides clients through risk allocation, integration planning, and other critical issues that determine deal success.
Kelly joins Ropes & Gray’s New York deal and regulatory team to support clients on complex transactions worldwide.
