Peter Rosen Joins Ropes & Gray in New York to Strengthen Global Secondaries Practice

Rosen is a highly respected leader in the secondaries market and was formerly in-house counsel and a partner at Coller Capital. He brings extensive experience advising on complex secondaries transactions, including GP-led fund recapitalizations, LP portfolio sales, joint ventures, large check primaries, coinvests, GP stakes and other sophisticated transactions. Prior to Coller Capital, Rosen was in-house at Macquarie, where he focused on the private infrastructure fund business.
He joins Ropes & Gray as a partner in the AAO group, coming from Coller Capital where he served as partner and in-house counsel, and will contribute to the firm’s global secondaries practice in New York.
