Simmons & Simmons strengthens fund finance offering with Partner Natalie Sharkey

Natalie Sharkey is a fund finance specialist advising on the full range of fund finance products, including subscription line facilities, net asset value (NAV) facilities, general partner, co-invest and management lines, continuation vehicle financings and bridge lines. She acts primarily for lenders and has experience across bank and strategic borrower-side clients. She joins Simmons & Simmons at Partner level and will work alongside existing London Partners Jen Yee Chan, John Sayers and Chu Ting Ng to strengthen the firm’s international fund finance capability.
Chu Ting Ng joined Simmons & Simmons in May from the same US-headquartered global law firm and is one of the firm’s London Partners.
